François has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunication industry. Amongst his specialties are technology, strategic and tactical planning, network engineering, vendor negotiations, spectrum management and auctions, system integration, network operations, and project management.  

François founded FPRH Telecommunications Inc. in September 2005, where he provides consulting services to operators, OEM, and contractors in the areas of strategic and tactical planning, vendor negotiation, feasibility assessments, product positioning, network design and dimensioning, new technology trials, and project management. Prior to FPRH, François spent nearly 10 years at Microcell (Fido) where his last tenure was as Director of Network Operations - Western Canada. He then worked on the deployment of the world's first HSPA network in California in early 2006, established the wireless division at Eastlink, a cable company in Atlantic Canada from 2007 to 2010, managed Bell Mobility LTE deployment in 2011 and 2012 before taking over Bell Mobility’s national Engineering and Network Performance activities from 2012 to 2014. Since 2015, Francois has mainly worked at the launch of a new wireless operation in Barbados in the capacity of Chief Technology Officer. Ozone Wireless (the new MNO) launched its operations in July 2017.

François is a Professional Engineer and holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Sherbrooke, Quebec.
