I’m driven by collaboration – bringing together diverse voices to build a cultural sector that’s bold, inclusive, and future-focused.

Drawing on over 25 years of executive leadership in the cultural sector and government, Nicole brings a global perspective and a deep understanding of both audiences and industry to her work.

With a background that bridges policy, production, and creative industry development, Nicole helps clients foster growth through strategic policies, programs, and plans. Her approach is grounded in both her knowledge of global creative markets and Canadian cultural policy, as well as her belief that arts and culture are essential to community vitality and identity.

Forward-looking and collaborative, Nicole works with a wide range of clients – from non-profit arts organizations to industry associations, agencies, and governments – to strengthen capacity and chart sustainable futures. Her entrepreneurial drive and curiosity have led her to co-found Freeze Frame, an international film festival for young audiences; establish All Access, an annual audiovisual industry forum; and collaborate on numerous bilingual arts and culture initiatives.

Nicole holds an MA in Media Studies from Concordia University, a BA (Hons) in French and English from the University of Manitoba, and certifications in governance and transformational management. Fluent in English and French, she has worked and travelled internationally, building partnerships that span creative sectors and continents. Committed to ensuring every voice has a seat at the table, Nicole helps clients articulate their impact, tell their stories, and set a course for meaningful, sustainable growth.

Outside of Nordicity, Nicole contributes her expertise as a board and committee member for several arts and media organizations. In March 2025, she was appointed by the Minister of Canadian Heritage to the Board of TV5Numérique.
