Caitlin Cross

I connect local voices and stories to global conversations.
Blending a passion for all things arts with a knack for turning data into insight, Caitlin specializes in data-driven analysis that help arts and cultural organizations make informed, sustainable decisions.
Caitlin’s expertise spans research design, data analysis, financial and operational modelling, and interest-holder engagement across Canada’s cultural and creative sectors. Her projects have ranged from feasibility studies for new cultural facilities to nation-wide assessments of arts funding and economic impact.
A skilled operations specialist with over a decade of experience in arts administration and program management, Caitlin has held roles with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, Tafelmusik, Ottawa Chamberfest, and Music Publishers Canada. These experiences helped her hone a strong foundation in strategy, analysis, and evaluation.
She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies and Arts, Media & Entertainment Management from the Schulich School of Business, a BSocSc in Anthropology and Music from the University of Ottawa, and a Certificate in Digital Media Skills from OCAD University.
Caitlin joined Nordicity to help arts and culture organizations navigate change through evidence-based planning and creative problem-solving. She’s motivated by the belief that rigorous analysis and thoughtful design can strengthen the resilience and impact of the cultural sector – and by a commitment to building sustainable systems that empower artists and organizations to thrive.
