Nordicity was engaged by the Canada Council for the Arts to conduct a two-part study concerning artists’ and arts organizations’ on-going transition to a digital world.The first part of the engagement was a literature review of digital strategies created by support organizations around the world as they try to encourage and enable the digital transformation in arts sectors.
Nordicity was asked by CIMA to conduct a study on the importance of exporting Canadian music – both to the independent music community in Canada and to the country as a whole.
OMDC asked Nordicity to prepare a study regarding the state of content distribution. The report details how content is being distributed, across the various cultural media industries supported by OMDC.
