I don’t work for the sector – I work with the sector. I want the same things as my clients: to build happier, healthier communities through engagement with arts, culture, and heritage.

A strategic thinker and consensus-builder, Mila partners with clients, collaborators, and interest-holders in the GLAMs sector to anticipate change and navigate complex decisions with confidence.

Mila works with clients across the arts, culture, and heritage sectors – with a focus on supporting GLAMs (galleries, libraries, archives, and museums). She helps organizations of all sizes set goals that enhance their impact and better reflect community needs through strategic planning, space planning, and evaluation. She also contributes to broader cultural and sector development, working with governments and sector support organizations on policy, capacity building, impact assessment, and industry research initiatives.

Mila holds a Master of Museum Studies from the University of Toronto and a BA (Hons) from Concordia University. Prior to joining Nordicity, she worked in the museums and heritage sector, gaining experience in collections management, interpretation and public programming, and exhibition development. A proud, born-and-raised Franco-Ontarian, Mila is fluent in both French and English.

Inquisitive by nature, Mila loves a well-designed process that lets her follow the evidence, connect the pieces, and help clients set goals that balance community, partner, and organizational priorities. She also believes that the best solutions come from meaningful collaboration with clients and the partners and interest-holders who are impacted by the work they do.
