For me, it’s all about listening, connecting, and helping turn ideas into something meaningful.

A creative thinker with an eye for design and an inherent need to organize, Zoe helps clients answer their most pressing questions, craft actionable strategies, and tell their impact stories.

Zoe’s work spans music, galleries, museums, libraries, and video games – ranging from research projects to strategic plans and impact assessments. You’ll often find her leading a roundtable or workshop, designing engagement processes that bring communities into the conversation, or piecing together strategic plans like a puzzle (the 5,000-piece kind).

She brings more than a decade of first-hand experience in the music industry as a flutist and concert presenter – where she championed opportunities for emerging composers and artists – alongside an MBA (with distinction) in Arts, Media & Entertainment Management and Marketing from the Schulich School of Business, an MA in Musicology from York University, and a BMus from the University of Toronto.

Before joining Nordicity, Zoe held roles in cultural policy research at the Schulich School of Business and in student administration and recruitment at the University of Toronto. She also worked with social impact organization Artspond on a study exploring and advancing digital transformation across the arts.

Zoe has always lived at the intersection of creativity and strategy. While her roots are in music, she has always been most energized by the “behind-the-scenes” work that makes creative projects possible. Today, her work is driven by a desire to see the cultural and creative sectors thrive.
